Chapter 11..index.php
This is my 2nd version where I have tried to combine all features from previous chapters and I am passing all of my variables in a session.
Most of my effort will be in making the two versions, one based on cookies and the other on sessions, work correctly within the same folder. In this case I will duplicate files where it is probably possible to test which senerario is selected and proceed accordingly.
