Two very well thoughtout strategies to learn flare circles. No home gymnastic equipment is required. The flares are first seen as a bonus skill in Level 5.
Learning flares with the bucket [Level 4's & up]

- [PH-04] Flank dismount
- 1/2 circle w/1/4 turn
- Ben knees to stick
Flank fismount
- Chest faces downward.
- Support weight on both hands,
- Hips extended throughout.
- Arms will almost cross
Red Mushroom-2 skill set C-[Level 4]
[C-1] 1-step into 1-circles+flank dismount,
- 1. Hips always face forward.
- Feet stay together.
- 1/4 turn on flank dismount.
- Both hands on mushroom (front & back)
[C-2] 1-step into 2-circles,
- Hips always face forward.
- Feet stay together.
- Both circles connected.
- Both hands on mushroom (front & back)

[D-1] 1-step into 3-circles,
- Hips always face forward.
- Feet stay together.
- All circles connected.
- Both hands on mushroom (front & back)
