Two very well thoughtout strategies to learn flare circles. No home gymnastic equipment is required. The flares are first seen as a bonus skill in Level 5.

Learning flares with the bucket [Level 4's & up]

Flank fismount

  • Chest faces downward.
  • Support weight on both hands,
  • Hips extended throughout.
  • Arms will almost cross

Red Mushroom-2 skill set C-[Level 4]

[C-1] 1-step into 1-circles+flank dismount,

  1. 1. Hips always face forward.
  2. Feet stay together.
  3. 1/4 turn on flank dismount.
  4. Both hands on mushroom (front & back)

[C-2] 1-step into 2-circles,

  1. Hips always face forward.
  2. Feet stay together.
  3. Both circles connected.
  4. Both hands on mushroom (front & back)

Red Mushroom-2 skill set D-[Level 5]

[D-1] 1-step into 3-circles,

  1. Hips always face forward.
  2. Feet stay together.
  3. All circles connected.
  4. Both hands on mushroom (front & back)

[D-2] 1-step into 2-flair circles,

  1. 1. Hips always face forward.
  2. Flair even on both sides.
  3. All circles connected.
  4. Both hands on mushroom (front & back)
