[B-1] Inside grip basket swings-low P-Bars, [B-2] Inside grip basket swings-high P-Bars,

  1. Straight arms with inside grip,
  2. Legs tilt opposite on each 1/2 swing,
  3. Open the piker toward a hollow on both sides
  4. Show maximum pike passing through each bottom

  1. Stretch long swing forward.
  2. Pike into basket in front (head in).
  3. Show compression (bounce) into kip.
