Boys Gymnastics Program
Basic Acrobatics
Level 1 & 2
This level is for all new students and the mighty-mites that have moved up from our pre-school program. Students will work on basic rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs.
Intermediate Acrobatics
Level 3 & 4
These students must have a firm grasp of headstands, handstands and basic tumbling elements (rolls, cartwheels & round-offs). Students must be prepared for a faster paced class.
Competitive Team USA
Levels 3 through 6
These workouts require permission to join and involve longer work-out times (2 to 3 hours per work-out and 2 to 3 days per week). USA level competition requires a strong commitment.
*When a students behavior distracts progress of a class or compromises safety, that student will be warned and then be dismissed from that class if necessary.
2021-2024 revised USA routines
All levels of Division 1 compulsory boys will start at 9.5 with 0.3 specified virtuosity, 0.2 stick bonus and upto 1.5 in skill bonus (3 x 0.5) for a maximum score of 11.5. USA virtuosity criteria will be highlighted green (+0.3 max) and stick +0.2, bonus skills (+0.5 each) will be highlighted blue. and in some instances, I have added or revised text for clarity highlighted red.
